Her roles of Shameless the Virgin Queen Nowhere Boy and Suffragette earned the BAFTA nominations for categories like the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress categories. In addition, she was awarded an award called the BAFTA Cymru Award for Best Actress due to her role in the TV film The History of Mr Polly.
